Cyber Patient Safety Symposium 2026

CPSS_2026 // Theme: Discovery

Discovery Starts with the Right Questions

Hosted by the UC San Diego Center for Healthcare Cybersecurity, the Cyber Patient Safety Symposium 2026 will bring together clinicians, cybersecurity experts, policymakers and researchers from around the world.

How do we assess resilience across an entire sector? What impact will frontier artificial intelligence models and autonomous vulnerability discovery have on rural hospitals? How can we accelerate the adoption of new approaches to securing firmware in the next generation of medical devices?

CPSS 2026 will explore these questions and more, highlighting emerging evidence, new ideas and the discoveries shaping how healthcare organizations protect patient care and maintain resilience in a rapidly changing cyber environment.

Date: October 27–28, 2026 Venue: Scripps Seaside Forum Status: Registration Open
